I was honestly SO excited for Hannah & Dean’s wedding since they booked me at the end of 2019! Not only are they the most beautiful couple (inside and out!!) but they also booked Le Petit Chateau as their wedding venue – one I hadn’t shot at yet and one that is known for being unbelievably beautiful!
Hannah and Dean may have got married 12th August 2021, but they’ve actually been together for the past 11 YEARS! They met at a place I used to love in Newcastle… Digital! (If you know, you know – actually scrap that, I’d go as far as saying I’d still love it there!) Digital is a club in Newcastle, one where it was more trainers over heels, and you could guarantee a great night filled with drink.
They certainly started off their relationship with great nights out and partying in Newcastle and they carried on that theme into their wedding day – honestly it was SO MUCH FUN!
Dean proposed to Hannah when they were on holiday 2 years ago, he wasn’t sure when he was planning to do it on the holiday UNTIL one day Hannah was complaining that her manicure was starting to chip… he KNEW he had to do it that day and couldn’t let her manicure get any worse before he proposed. Come on guys, you know the girls needs those lovely nails for the ring! Everything fell into place and he did it on a walk down to the beach… and we can certainly say the rest is history!
The 12th August was a dream from start to finish, the bridesmaids were so friendly, fun and welcoming, and Dean in the morning was actually so nervous – all confidence GONE. Both Hannah and Dean are some of the most wonderful people you’ll meet, genuinely so kind and caring, and it was such a pleasure getting to be a small part of their amazing wedding day.
I’ll leave the photographs to tell the rest of the story, but first I’d love to wish the new Mr & Mrs Todd the most wonderful life together.
