I'M BACK!!!!
This year has been one we all didn't expect, from starting it in our third lockdown, to all restrictions lifting and the wedding industry being thrown back into the mix with a BANG! Going from zero to one hundred in a matter of weeks I unfortunately let Get The Gossip go a bit too quiet and focused on the many different jobs and editing I had on. HOWEVER, if you follow me on Instagram you'll know that I'm getting back to what I love to do and now that I'm coming to the end of the busiest season of my life, I thought I'd bring the blog back and showcase some of the amazing things I've got up to this year.
So with that, I'm launching this season on Get The Gossip with Beth and Danny's pre wedding shoot back on the 18th April 2021 - I thought it was fitting to start with my very first couples shoot this year!
Beth and Danny were due to get married in September 2020 but like many, had to postpone and actually got married this past September at Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa. Honestly their wedding was SPECTACULAR and will be showcased on here later in the year! (One to keep an eye out for!!)
After meeting at Kendal Calling many years ago (maybe I won't divulge their VERY first meeting prior since Beth had a few too many) these two have gone from strength to strength and are without a shadow of a doubt perfect together!
They have one of the sweetest, yet funniest engagement stories proving not everything goes quite to plan but can be perfect anyway. Danny said he never wanted to propose abroad but turns out trying to on a night away when Beth was not willing to get out of the hot tub to come inside for the planned proposal was potentially harder than any task he's faced in the past! Luckily after a lot of persuasion and mouthing 'COME INSIDE' through glass MANY times, Beth finally relented to find her dream come true inside.
I had a wonderful morning with these two adventuring around Conishead Priory with Beth and Danny and can't believe their wedding journey with myself has already been and gone, BUT they still get to look forward to seeing the rest of their wedding photographs once they're fully edited. But for now, here's a little taster from our first time shooting together!
