There's always some couples I just really love being around, and some weddings who's style and decor is totally up my street... when these two things meet, you've got something very VERY special!
Sarah & Ollie put their trust in me without even meeting me, they booked via email and decided they wanted a pre wedding shoot before their big day - this was the very first time we met, and honestly it was just like catching up with old friends! (Check out their pre wedding shoot HERE.) Fast forward 5 more months, and it was finally time for their big day on the 2nd August 2019... to say that I was excited was an understatement!
They'd booked one of my favourite venues Healey Barn, and from everything that they'd told me, it was just going to be such a wonderful day full of fun, laughter and a surprise or two. I was certainly not disappointed! ⠀ From wedding decor to die for, to a few tears while Sarah was walking down the aisle. There’s so much I could talk about... like the entire party singing “All You Need Is Love” during the ceremony, or maybe about the best man's wonderful presentation speech which had everyone in tears one minute and laughing the next, (he secretly emailed me while I was away in Lake Como the month before to use some of their pre wedding shoot images in his presentation! Now that's one prepared Best Man!!) OR EVEN Ollie & Sarah’s perfectly choreographed AMAZING first dance - Strictly Come Dancing eat your heart out! This section of the blog that documents their first dance is probably one of my FAVOURITES, I wouldn't blame you if you just scrolled down just to see those photographs first!
Ollie & Sarah's day was perfection from start to finish and made me fall in love to shooting weddings all over again! ⠀ ⠀ I don't think I saw Ollie & Sarah without a smile on their faces throughout the entire day, these two are an absolute pleasure to be around and are honestly one of the nicest couples to know! I wish them both all the love in the world on their marriage!
P.S. As I write this blog I also have their wedding album first draft design open in another window and I can't explain to you how beautiful it's looking! I'll be sending it off to them in the next few days!!!
