I'm taking us back to the 26th October 2019 for Liane & Becky's wonderful wedding day at Askham Hall.
We started in the morning in the main house of Askham Hall with both Liane & Becky in separate rooms and the bridesmaids wandering between the two. As they slowly got ready the nerves started to kick in, but luckily they were soon diminished once Liane slowly stepped foot in Becky's room for their 'first look'. Honestly their reactions were a picture (quite literally!). They spent the next half an hour together catching up, chatting, giggling and popping their four legged bridesmaid in her little outfit - Zeta Becky's beautiful little dog.
Once ready, they joined the rest of their bridal party for last minute checks and the walk across to the stunning barn where they were tying the knot. Sticking to their own rules and throwing tradition out the window, Becky & Liane walked down the aisle together, with lots of smiles and plenty of giggles from the two of them!
The day flew by in the blink of an eye, and with the showers clearing in the afternoon we managed to get some amazing confetti shots (I'm sure they were both still picking confetti out of their hair and dresses the next morning!) as well as some very autumnal couple photos... I swear the Askham Hall gardens are just a dream all year round to shoot in!
I left these two while the dance floor was packed and, after some of the hilarious stories in the speeches (where they both downed a Jägerbomb each) I'm sure there were plenty more drinks flowing once I left!
Liane & Becky are going to have the most amazing life together, and they certainly started it right by honeymooning to Bali straight after the wedding. These two are so perfect together and it was an absolute pleasure to capture their day for them... but for now, I'll let their photographs tell the rest of their story!
