Oh I have a beauty of a wedding for you all today!!
Back in July I had the absolute honour of shooting Emma & Chris' Wedding at Cass How, a woodland wedding venue with a beautiful marquee set up for lots of different activities and games, from hoop-la to karaoke.
Emma had planned for the ceremony, canapés, drinks and games to be all outside in the beautiful countryside setting... however with the Cumbrian weather playing against us, Emma & Chris had to make the call to bring everything inside. At the time it might have felt like a compromise, however it ended up being so wonderfully beautiful with the white marquee backdrop and lots of bright light coming through the marquee windows.
The whole day was such a wonderful party atmosphere with plenty of bubbles flowing around from the morning onwards, and an incredibly funny speech from Emma's bridesmaids which ended up with karaoke and fist pumping from all the guests!
From the moment Emma & Chris booked me they said that they just wanted a very relaxed day, one where everyone just enjoyed themselves and not the traditional regimented wedding, and WOW, they managed it perfectly!! It was so special being able to capture everyones smiles and laughter!
I wish both Emma & Chris all the love in the world on their marriage, these two are certainly perfect together and deserve a wonderful life!
