I've showed you all Winter weddings and Summer weddings recently while catching up on my 2018 wedding blogs, and I realised... I'm totally missing out such a beautiful time of year - AUTUMN! This blog is dedicated to all the brides considering an Autumn wedding, and I think Aimee and Paul show Autumn of absolutely perfectly!

Today's blog goes to Aimee & Paul. These two got married at the stunning Matfen Hall in Northumberland on the 19th October 2018, and their wedding wasn't just any-old-one, they had a surprise in store for all their guests with only a select few people in the know, (luckily I was one of them!) Paul had planned to arrive in total style, he's known for his love of cars, but to peoples surprise he went for a different mode of transport... via air - a helicopter!

The day didn't slow down from the point Paul landed, with their beautifully intimate ceremony in the grand hall, (with an even grander staircase!), through to confetti, to couple photographs, to some amazing speeches in a stunning room filled with chandeliers, all the way through to their Ceilidh, sparklers, and finished off with an underground club!

There was nothing missing from their wonderful day and it was such a pleasure to be the one capturing all their precious memories. Paul & Aimee are such a sweet couple and I loved every minute photographing these two - and WOW they're so photogenic and beautiful too!! I would totally recommend you keep an eye out for their night time shots with sparklers and the use of Matfen's lights... it's something a touch different for my style of photography but totally couldn't resist!

I'm sure you're going to love them as much as I do!
