Lucy and David got married on the 25th February 2017, at Our Lady's & St Joseph's Church followed by their reception at The Halston in Carlisle.
I had such a blast photographing their wedding! They are such a down to earth lovely couple with the cutest son, and the whole day represented them both so well.
The morning started with a crazy amount of wind and rain, I mean... did the weather not get the memo that it was their wedding day?! But we really lucked out with it drying up between the most important times of the day for their ceremony and couple/family photographs. Lucy and David were great sports in their couple photographs, letting me take them up to the roof of The Halston and climb across fire escapes, (you don't need pretty gardens in a venue to get some beautiful shots, a little bit of a creative eye is the only requirement!) I always find out some great information about each of my couples and Lucy & David were not any different... their first date lasted around 24 hours! If that doesn't say 'meant to be' I don't know what does?!
