After over a year of planning Sally & Jamie had the day of their dreams on Saturday getting married in the church where Sally's sister, parents, and grandparents all got married, followed by the most beautiful marquee overlooking the Cumbrian fells.⁠

 

We started the morning in the most relaxed setting at Sally’s parents’ house where the girls were ready with time to spare for a glass or two of fizz before setting off. I love when we get chance to do first looks and both Sally’s dad, and her bridesmaids first looks are certainly some super special ones to keep an eye out for!

After 6 years together they couldn't have asked for better weather, and with the sun beating down on their wedding and the sides of the marquee unzipped there were plenty of outdoor drinks and games... some of which ended with Jamie ripping his trousers in a game of rounders!! However, with a wedding guest at the ready to sew them up you'd never know by the time the first dance happened!⁠

 

The whole day was perfect from start to finish and was the relaxed countryside wedding both Sally & Jamie had hoped for.Who knew that at a fancy dress party where Jamie was dressed as a member of the band Kiss, Jamie & Sally would find their happily ever after.⁠

These two are off for a few days in Santorini later this week, but first I’d love to wish them the most amazing life together as Mr & Mrs Lightfoot!
