Their Wedding Story
Their wedding was one of those weddings that reminds me exactly why I love what I do. 🤍
Olivia & Hugh travelled from London to celebrate their wedding surrounded by family in the most special place, Hugh’s uncles family home in Cumbria, after saying “I do” in their family church in Plumpton.
Their story began at work in London. They were colleagues for some time before Covid changed everything. After nearly a year without seeing each other, they both found themselves back in London and started meeting up again for Friday catch-ups. Before long, those catch-ups became something much more, and the rest is history.
These two are genuinely some of the kindest, warmest people you could hope to meet. The way they care for everyone around them makes it so easy to see why they found each other.
There were so many beautiful moments throughout the day. Olivia wore the most breathtaking diamond necklace, a treasured family heirloom from Hugh’s family, adding such a meaningful touch to her bridal look. Every detail of the styling had been thought through so beautifully, and there was no shortage of fun either... including an unforgettable arrival back at the house, welcomed by cannons being fired to announce the newlyweds!
And then there was the sunshine. It stayed with us all day before giving us the dreamiest golden hour, stealing the show right at the end.
Here’s to the wonderful Mr & Mrs. From Puglia later this year to a safari adventure next year, I have no doubt this is only the beginning of a lifetime of incredible memories together.
Thank you, Olivia & Hugh, for trusting me to capture all their beloved memories of the day. What a privilege it was.
