Laura & Phil got married on Saturday and it was an absolute dream - sunshine all day, so many smiles that their faces started to hurt, and such a beautiful couple to spend it with! 

Laura got ready at the Heather Glen Country House before heading to Wetheral Church where she and Phil tied the knot in the sweetest ceremony filled with Cello music. 

These two met 12 years ago at uni in Carlisle, both studying and ending up becoming primary school teachers. Ten years later Phil had planned to pop the question on a beach during their holiday… however Laura wasn’t feeling the beach walk that day! With Phil's plan foiled by Laura, Phil luckily found another spot to ask and she obviously said yes! 

They’re off to Lanzarote for their honeymoon, with a little mini-moon still on the cards - torn between lake Garda or Florence. Honestly, they can’t go wrong with either! (However I may be biased since it is my favourite country!) 

It was such a pleasure capturing their day for them and I’m sure they have plenty more adventures to come!
