I have been so excited to share with you all Kirsty & Andrew’s beautiful big day at Doxford Barns last Thursday. 

 

They certainly made it personal with a tractor at the front of the barn that related to Andrew’s job, and a meaningful first touch before the ceremony just between Kirsty & Andrew where they couldn’t see each other but they could have a little pre ceremony catch up chat while holding hands. It all got a little too much for Kirsty with her emotions coming out in a couple of tears, but it was such a lovely moment for the two of them!

 

With those first few nerves gone, the ceremony was due to start, and to not be upstaged by the girls, Andrew and the boys had their very own walk down the aisle moment with one best man playing the role as the ‘flower boy’ throwing petals as he went! The girls however had the stairs moment, walking down with all eyes on them and they truly looked amazing.

 

The whole day was perfect from start to finish even with the sunshine making an appearance throughout the day. Both Kirsty & Andrew got the wedding of their dreams and I’m absolutely thrilled I got to capture it all for them.

 

Here’s to the new Mr & Mrs MacKenzie!!
