Seven years ago, Jess and Alex met through work in what we’ll politely call a less than desirable place… and rather than relying on the traditional methods of trying to find this girl again, Alex simply upgraded to Tinder Gold and hunted Jess down that way. 

From a slightly unconventional beginning, these two went from strength to strength. And while it may have taken Alex a little while to propose, there was never any doubt in his mind that Jess was the one, he just needed to save up for that very beautiful ring! 

The proposal itself was planned to perfection on holiday. Alex had spent hours on Street View researching the perfect spot… only for Jess to almost completely derail the whole thing when, upon arriving, Alex suggested they go over to his carefully researched location for some “photos” and Jess said no.

After some persuading, she finally agreed, and luckily, the rest really is history.

Fast forward to last week and these two finally became the new Mr & Mrs at the Inn on the Lake. 

A few plans may have been thrown out the window thanks to the weather, the outdoor ceremony moved inside and the boat trip was sadly cancelled because of the high winds, but absolutely none of it stopped these two from having the BEST day. There were margaritas on the dance floor, some seriously questionable (and seriously impressive) dance moves, and two people who were clearly far too busy having the time of their lives to care about anything else.

I left them still partying and having the absolute best time, exactly how it should be.
