Their Wedding Story
Last weekend was one of those perfect spring days you wish you could bottle forever — warm sunshine, blue skies, and so many smiles from start to finish.
From a relaxed morning getting ready at Grace’s parents’ home, to a beautiful ceremony at Wetheral Church (with the most incredible surprise of a live opera singer filling the space). We quickly moved on to Hidden River Barn where we had the best outdoor reception with live music overlooking the river.
Grace & Nick’s story began with a date set up by a co-worker — dinner and drinks… except they forgot to order the dinner because they were too busy chatting and laughing. A sign of a perfect first date in my book!
I cannot miss out talking about our very special guest yesterday— Daphne their dog — who made appearances in the morning and at the church, stealing hearts along the way and requesting many tummy scratches.
The outdoor reception was filled with sunshine and music, and the evening kicked off in style with Truly Medley Deeply keeping the dance floor alive. And just when we thought Grace couldn’t get any more stunning… she changed into a sparkly number (you’ll have to wait for those photos!)
Grace & Nick may call London home, but it was so special to see them celebrate up in the Cumbrian countryside.
Here’s to the new Mr & Mrs Greenwood!
