Last week at the beautiful Askham Hall, Ciara & Joe finally got to say “I do”, with their little boy Finn watching on. 

These two travelled all the way from Melbourne, Australia to get married back in England, with over two thirds of their guests making the journey from overseas to be there too. And what a wedding it was!

Joe met Ciara over seven years ago on Bumble, and from their very first date, they both just knew. Ciara had been planning to move to Ireland, but that plan was quickly put on hold, and, as it turns out, never revisited, when Joe came into her life. Fast forward seven years and they’ve built the most beautiful life together in Australia, while still wanting to return to England to get married.

They said their vows outside in the stunning grounds of Askham Hall before settling into an evening of drinks, sunshine and watching the sun go down. And when the dancing started… well, it’s safe to say this lot know how to party! The dance floor was packed, the bar was busy and the celebrations carried well into the evening.

A wedding filled with so much love, laughter, family and friends from all over the world. One very special day, and one I’m so glad I got to be a part of.
