Their Wedding Story
This past Saturday Sarah & Scott had the day of their dreams at the jaw dropping Rose Castle, a venue that left me utterly mesmerized.

The day commenced with an air of excitement as the girls and boys gathered in separate rooms of Rose Castle. Chatter filled the air, mingling with the soft melodies of anticipation and Sarah and Scott's oldest little girl Olivia added a sprinkle of joy when she got to see her flower wand!

The path to the church, nestled close to Ullswater Lake, took an unexpected turn when one of the wedding cars faltered. Undeterred by the minor hiccup, the bridesmaids gracefully embraced the moment and embarked on walking a small portion of the way up the hill to the church. This unexpected twist lent an air of excitement to the occasion, making it all the more memorable… as I always say, something tends to go wrong and if it’s one car, then it’s something to laugh about and always remember!

With the church ceremony complete and Sarah & Scott’s youngest little girl finishing her cheese sandwich at the front of the church during prayers, they returned to the breath-taking grounds of Rose Castle for a fun filled reception on the manicured lawns while enjoying some beautiful music. Olivia, their eldest daughter, delighted in the live music, her tiny feet barely touching the ground as she danced away showing all the adults up.

The festivities took an even more fun turn during the wedding breakfast when shots were poured and raised in celebration on more than one of the tables!

Sarah and Scott's story began in London, where after their first date they actually didn’t end up seeing each other again for a little while due to pre-planned trips and holidays causing a delay in their second date. So much so, that Sarah even went on a first date with another guy! However, luckily for Scott it sounds like that one wasn’t meant to be, and they finally got their second date… and we can certainly say the rest is history!

I left as the night wore on and the dance floor was crazy full, I’m pretty sure it was a great evening to finish off their pretty perfect day!

Here’s to the new Mr & Mrs Greenwood, I’m sure they will have a lifetime of happiness together as a little family!
